Spencer Pratt's Dad Fights Palisades House Fire

Along with his son, William Pratt lost his home in the Palisades Fire.

A man who lost his home in the Palisades Fire found himself battling another blaze in the neighborhood on Friday.

William Pratt, father of reality star Spencer Pratt, was driving through the Pacific Palisades on his way to his property when he spotted a fire at a two-story home under construction, [NBC Los Angeles](https://www.nbclosangeles.com/video/news/local/spencer-pratt-father-hosed-down-house-fire-pacific-palisades/3916429/) is reporting.

Pratt called 911, then grabbed a hose and began dousing the flames himself. Firefighters arrived within six minutes, taking another 20 to fully extinguish the fire.

Both William and Spencer lost their homes in the January 2025 Palisades Fire. The elder Pratt told NBC LA that fighting Friday's blaze left him with a touch of PTSD.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
