A reckless driver was reported near Lynn Rd. in Thousand Oaks around 2:30 p.m. today, after a Cadillac Escalade allegedly exited the southbound 101 Freeway. The vehicle was reportedly speeding, swerving, passing on the shoulder and tailgating other drivers.

It's unclear if the driver was located or stopped.
