A man in a security uniform reportedly attempted to kidnap a woman near a busy Woodland Hills intersection today.

Police were called to Topanga Canyon Blvd. and Mulholland Dr. just after 12:30 p.m., after multiple callers reported a man in a black security shirt trying to pull a woman into his truck.

The woman was able to get away, and the suspect fled the scene in his truck, with callers giving officers a license plate. Police later described the crime as a domestic violence incident. The suspect has not been apprehended.
