Bear Spotting

Deputies used a drone to track a bear that had wandered into the neighborhood.

Deputies searching for a bear turned to a drone on High Peak Pl. in Agoura Hills around 3 p.m. today, after the animal was reported near homes in the area.

The drone unit reportedly found the bear had already moved on, radioing that it was no longer at the location. The unit stayed on the call while checking the surrounding neighborhood.
