Bicyclist Struck on Abbot Kinney

The bicyclist appears to have suffered inuries.

A bicyclist was was struck by a car on Abbot Kinney Blvd. just before 5 p.m. today.

Multiple units including an ambulance were dispatched to the collision, which appears to have been with one sedan at the intersection of California Ave., one of the west side's busiest pedestrian streets.

It appears the bicyclist was transported via emergency traffic to a hospital, though no information was immediately available about their injuries, or identification.
