Police responded to a report of a heated confrontation at an office building on Oak Crest Dr. in Westlake Village around 10:15 a.m. this morning.

A worker at the location reported that a man had been loitering outside, and that a verbal altercation broke out after the worker took a picture of the man's license plate.

The man was reportedly standing in front of the worker during the dispute. It's unclear if anyone was detained.
