A man was reportedly on the ground screaming, another was bleeding, and a woman was holding a tool.

Police responded to a chaotic scene at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks around 8:45 p.m. tonight, involving two men and a woman near the park entrance.

Units arriving on Janss Rd. reportedly found one man on the ground screaming, another man appearing to have blood on his face, and a woman holding a tool. One person was reportedly cited and released for drinking in public, and it doesn't appear anyone was transported to the hospital.
