Police responded to a reported domestic dispute at 7/11 on PCH just after 1 p.m. this afternoon. A woman told dispatchers she was experiencing ongoing abuse, and reported a phone in her vehicle that did not belong to her.

The phone was reportedly pinging, and callers indicated it belonged to a man.
