Man Exposes Himself at Target

The suspect also stole electronics.

A man reportedly stuffed merchandise into his pants before exposing himself to customers and employees at the Woodland Hills Target tonight.

Officers were dispatched to the Ventura Blvd. store at around 6:30 p.m., after customers observed a middle-aged white man acting aggressively. Subsequently he confronted store staff, and began to shoplift, before exposing himself.

The man reportedly fled eastbound on Ventura Blvd. toward De Soto Ave. with stolen electronics. He has not been apprehended.
