Man Hitting Cars With Metal Rod

A suspect was reportedly striking vehicles with a metal rod in the Target parking lot.

Police responded to the Woodland Hills Target at around 10:45 a.m. this morning, after a man was reported hitting vehicles in the parking lot with a metal rod.

An ambulance was dispatched to the scene but reportedly canceled a short time later. It's unclear if anyone was taken into custody.
