Masked Man Rifles Through Delivery Vehicle

A masked man was reported rifling through a parked delivery vehicle at a Thousand Oaks gas station around 10:37 a.m. this morning. Officers responded to a Chevron station on N. Moorpark Rd. near Hampshire Rd., where callers described the man going through the unoccupied vehicle.

The suspect was reportedly driving a Toyota Camry with no license plates. Highway patrol remained on scene, with video evidence said to be available. It's unclear if a suspect was apprehended.
