Pedestrian Critically Injured in Woodland Hills Crash

The victim was apparently thrown through the vehicle's windshield.

A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle near Topanga Canyon Blvd. in Woodland Hills early this morning.

Reports indicate the victim was hit around 12:30 a.m. near Oxnard St., and apparently propelled through the car’s windshield.

The pedestrian were taken to a hospital for treatment, where their condition is unknown. It's unclear what led to the collision.
