A man was allegedly pacing and watching children while carrying several backpacks.

Police responded to a report of a suspicious man at the Sky Zone on N. Moorpark Rd. in Thousand Oaks around 3:30 p.m. today. Callers described a man carrying several backpacks, pacing and reportedly watching children at the trampoline park.

Callers reported the man may have been impaired.
