Deputies reported to PCH near the Malibu Pier around 2:30 a.m. today, following reports of an alleged theft.

Units worked to establish a perimeter as a suspect, seen on cameras at a nearby residence wearing a black shirt and black pants with a white accent. It's unclear if a suspect was apprehended.
