Crews battled a blaze in an upstairs bathroom.

A fire was reported at a two-story townhome complex on St. Charles Pl. in Thousand Oaks around 8:15 a.m. this morning. Crews found moderate smoke on the second floor of a center unit, with the fire reportedly isolated to an upstairs bathroom and nearby area.

Firefighters established a water supply and completed a primary search while checking for possible attic extension. Remaining responding units were canceled once local crews could handle the incident. No injuries were reported.
