Woman With Knife at Recreation Center

The woman was gone by the time police arrived.

Police responded to a report of a woman armed with a knife at the Woodland Hills Recreation Center just before noon today. Reports suggest she might have assaulted someone, although this couldn’t be confirmed.

Callers indicated the woman, described as in her late forties, left the area about ten minutes before units arrived to the center on Shoup Ave. She has yet to be located.
