Car Driving Wrong Way on 101

A possible crash with injuries was reported on the northbound 101 Freeway near Rancho Rd. in Thousand Oaks around 1 p.m. today. Callers described a silver Scion facing the wrong way on the right-hand shoulder south of Rancho, with the back of the vehicle reportedly sticking out near the off-ramp.

A second vehicle may have been involved near the transition from the northbound 101 to the northbound 23, and units were dispatched to the scene. No additional information was immediately available.
